According to EDF (Environment Defense Fund) more than 60 percent of the combined Fortune 100 and Global 100 have established Green House Gas (GHG) reduction goals. However, the Freight industry is just beginning to establish environment conscious policies while the US Environment Protection Agency (EPA) in 2017 identified that 29% of all GHG (Green House Gas) is generated by transportation.
