INSTRUCTIONS for 1st Application:

• At first application, before applying the product, observe the current engine noise and vibration, which is noticeable in the hood of the vehicle, while the engine is running stationary (at idle speed)
• Apply NanoXD oil, through the main lubricant oil entry compartment,  always considering 10% of NanoXD oil for total oil capacity of the engine.
• Fill-up the oil carter with your regular lubricant oil recommended by the manufacturer
• That’s it!
• However, if you want to get the benefits of NanoXD immediately, you must complete the treatment while the car is still parked:
  • Turn-on the engine
    • After 1 minute, increase the engine RPM slowly during a 5 minutes range until you reach 75% of max. RPM acceptable for your engine (Check your engine recommendation)
      • Keep stepping on gas for up to 10 seconds
    • At 75% max RPM, start slowly to decrease the RPM
      • Slowly decrease to  50%  of RPM and hold for 10 seconds
      • Slowly decrease to 30%  of RPM and hold for 10 seconds
      • Slowly decrease to Idle engine and keep for 1 minute
    • Finally, observe the reduction on engine noise and vibrations
    • The engine will continue the treatment for the next 20 miles, continue to increase the performance and reduce fuel consumption even further.
  • Keep in mind that, if you DO NOT run the engine to reach 75% of your max RPM the product WILL NOT act in the engine and NO Benefit will be achieved until that actually happens while driving the vehicle on similar RPM as stated above.

 

INSTRUCTIONS for Any Future Application:

• Apply NanoXD every 4 oil changes or every 60k miles.
  • NanoCarbon particles stick to the internal parts of the engine (with protection layer the size of 1 single atom) and will stay there even after a few oil changes
  • The engine only requires re-application after 3 other complete oil changes or after 60,000 miles whichever occurs first,
• For commercial vehicles, which have controlled RPM and speed limit, it’s recommended to conduct the same treatment above described while vehicle is still stationary
