From a Hollywood Dream to our Day-to-Day Lives.

In face of so many social and economic challenges in the last few years, due to Climate Change and worldwide economic and political imbalance, there is an amazing new field of technology which is transforming our day to day lives in so many different ways. This transformation has a name, it’s called Nano-Technology, or Nanotech for short, and it’s affecting every human being. So, let’s make sure you are also prepared for it.

Hollywood has been fantasizing with new technologies for years, with movies with impressive ideas, such as Total Recall or Exterminator and lately with the Marvel’s super-heroes’ franchise showing an impressive Iron Man in the Avengers Infinity War, where he is showcasing the marvel of Nanotech.

Just like Iron Man, everyone else is also becoming aware of a new moment and a new reality within our planet. And that’s exactly what Nanotech is here to contribute. To help our lives, our environment and our long-term sustainability.

So, what is Nanotechnology after All?

Nanotech is an area of technology that involves the manipulation of individual atoms and molecules of a material at the nanoscale, in other words, at a scale one-billionth of a meter (0.000000001 or 10^-9 meters).

See below the Nano-scale for some common objects compared to the NanoCarbon treatment product developed by NanoXD International to improve engine performance:

One of most common form of NanoCarbon is the Graphene-Oxide, which can be used in so many structures:
200 times stronger than steel
6 times lighter
Superconductive
Can stretch up to 20% its length

Did you Know?

Nanotech is present at our daily lives much more than you can imagine!

Looking into a very common object such a a pencil, which is a thin cylinder of Graphite surrounded by cedarwood. We can see that Graphite is basically made of millions of layers of Graphene, a well-known nanocarbon structure that is organized in form of a layer (just like a paper sheet) but with only 1 atom thick. (Literally a 2D structure).

First Generation of Nanomaterials

The first generation of nanotech is creating new structures that are called Passive Nanostructures, such as the NanoXD NanoCarbon Treatment.

A super-material that is already available today. A product within the reach of scientists, manufacturers and environmentalists with the potential to positively impact every industry, every human-being in one way or another because of its super-efficient properties. It can be used anywhere, such as:

  • Battery with higher capacity and fast charging
  • Metal coating
  • Robotics
  • Weapons and Safety protection
  • Construction of lighter and stronger building structures
  • Biomedical sensors for biosensing, bioimaging, and therapeutic usage

And the list keeps growing.

The Next “Second” Generation of Nanomaterials

Creating Active Nanostructures with additional value, the second generation of Nanotech is expected to happen in the next 3 to 5 years and it’s bringing Nano-materials to perform specific functions and tasks, adding an extra level of quality, intelligence and flexibility to existing technologies and components of our day to day lives.

Nanoscale devices being developed will be used for:

  • Computers, TVs, and smartphones unbreakable, flexible and with super-computing performance. Imagine being able to fold up your 4K Smart TV and take it with you at your next trip. This will soon be possible with Graphene.
  • Nano-Robots to be used on nanomedicine to fight diseases like Cancer. Nano-Robots are being developed to flow through our bloodstream to detect and kill cancer cells

Nanotech Today

Amongst the new nanotech products showing up in the market is the NanoXD NanoCarbon Treatment developed by NanoXD International. The treatment is a revolution for lubrication systems, as it’s transformed into nanocarbon while the engine is running.

And How it Works?

The solution reacts through the engine high heat generated due the excessive engine friction, turning the liquid oil compound into nanocarbon particles, also known as nanoparticles

  • The nanoparticles polish the metal surface imperfections reaching atomic-level perfection (Ra = <4 nm, RMS = <5 nm) with up to 99% elimination of asperities.
  • The nanoparticles also create a layer of coating stronger than diamond, which prevents future metal-to-metal loss.
  • The image below show the improvement on metal perfection, reducing the roughness which is imperceptible to human eyes and touch

The Positive Impact on Environment and Energy Reduction

NanoXD, the nanocarbon treatment created NanoXD International, is an innovation that works for any engine, from power generators, to motorcycle, to regular automobile, trucks, trains, boats, even industrial equipment using lubrication.
The nanocarbon treatment not only helps the engine, it also helps the environment by cutting carbon emissions and reduces the operating costs. NanoXD has shown great improvement on overall engine performance with direct positive impact on environment, addressing five critical aspects of all fossil fuel engine:

  • Reduce Carbon Emission directly related to reduction on fuel consumption between 10% and 13%
  • Reduce Need of Additives which contains harmful chemicals
  • Reduce Oil Sludge, which is the dirt oil byproduct caused by overheated engine
  • Reduce Oil Leaks which are caused by heat friction and damage in the auto parts
  • Reduce Harmful Emissions since it reduces emission of bad chemicals (Sulphur Dioxide, Soot, etc.…)

With NanoXD NanoCarbon Technology any individual or even large corporations can make the best investment on their current engine and also help the environment.
